Even though she's created a name for herself as an individual artist in Sweden, Agnetha Faltskog will always be best known as one of the members of 'ABBA' as one of the biggest commercially successful and internationally adored pop groups ever. The singer quit school to pursue music when she was 15 and soon earned an audience. She was able to secure a recording contract with Enghardt. Her debut album topped the Swedish charts. She got engaged, then got married to Bjorn Ulvaeus and was a part of the group 'ABBA'. ABBA was one of most popular pop bands across the globe during the time period of 8 years. The group received the gold and platinum awards throughout the globe. After ABBA the group released three albums - 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me', Eyes of a Woman' And I Stand Alone'. All three were hugely successful in Sweden. The band also became popular throughout Europe. However, they were not a major hit in America. ABBA music served as the foundation for a jukebox-musical called Mamma Mia!. Her return from retirement to record her first album 'My Coloring Book' which peaked at 11 for the U.K. chart.
